Ordering Information

We ship internationally! There is no minimum order. All orders are processed and shipped Mon. thru Thur.

Sign up for PayPal and start accepting credit card payments instantly.

We can accept credit cards, checks, money orders and Wire Transfer via our USA, Germany and Taiwan offices. You can call, fax, email sales@corgen.com about your interested items and advise your preferred payment method. We will send you an invoice with your name and address information plus the tax and shipping expense for you to arrange your payment.


Shipping                                                           
Most products are shipped with "blue ice" packs in insulated containers from Taiwan. There is a small charge for this packaging and and a charge for  the shipping costs via Federal Express. Please ask about estimated shipping charges when you order. Generally, we ship to customers on Monday through Thursday. Any taxes, duties and customs charges will be billed to your shipping account.  

All products are generally shipped FOB Taipei, Taiwan. Please inspect packages immediately and inform Customer Service of any shortage or damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will only accept returns after we have given prior authorization and issued specific shipping instructions.

All orders are processed and shipped via FedEx. Shipping charge depends on the weight of the package and your location. You can usually expect delivery within the next business days upon receipt of your payment. Or you may call, fax, or email us for more information regarding these services.

, there are no free samples available. In order to maintain no minimums and reduced prices for all our customers we do not honor free sample requests.


Out Of Stock Items
Occasionally we run out of stock of particular items rather unexpectedly. This is due in part to a surge in orders for a particular item, improper inventory estimates, and products that may get revoked or discarded because of quality control issues. We are completely committed to your satisfaction, and with such a quality control method in place we are continuously revoking, removing or discarding material we feel is inferior. This ultimately prevents you from receiving merchandise we feel is inferior. While we apologize for any inconvenience surrounding out of stock items, we are sometimes obliged to issue such statements on your invoice. In the event that you receive an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice, we simply ask that you reorder at a later date, usually within 1-2 weeks.


Backorders
Occasionally we run short of stock on particular items and issue "Backorders". This occurs when you were charged and invoiced for a particular product, but once it enters the warehouse for fulfillment we find that the item is temporarily unavailable. In this instance we will issue a small backorder notice that clearly explains your item will ship once our stock replenishes. Fulfilling backorders generally takes 1-2 weeks.
