WNK4 Antibody

 Specificity: Rabbit polyclonal antibody against Human WNK4 (protein kinase, lysine deficient 4; putative protein kinase WNK4).

 Antigen used for immunizations: Prokaryotic recombinant protein containing six copies of the amino acid residues 1220 to 1231 of the Human WNK4 [Accession #: NP_115763].

Storage Condition: The ammonium sulfate-precipitated whole serum is kept in PBS with 1% BSA and then lyophilized.

 Western blotting: Recommended:

Working dilution on Western blotting 1:1000. 60 minutes primary antibody incubates at 25ºC. Lane1: Marker; lane2: preimmune serum 1000X; lane3: anti-PE antibody 1000X; lane4~7: rabbit serum 1000X (antigen: G S T-WNK4(1220-1231) from four individual rabbits) . Arrow: the expected band of PE-WNK4 (1220-1231) fusion protein.

 Positive controls: PE-WNK4 (1220-1231) fusion protein.

 Storage and stability: Store unopened antibody at 4ºC or lower. Under these conditions, there is no significant loss in product performance up to one year from the purchase date. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two months when stored at 4ºC. For long term storage, it is recommended that aliquots of the antibody are frozen at -20ºC (frost-free freezers are not recommended). Repeated freezing and thawing must be avoided. Prepare working dilutions on the day of use.
